Kelly’s Signature Autumn Brew – Cozy Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe for Fall

Hello my coffee lovers, cinnamon addicts, and autumn-vibe hunters!

Yes, it’s me — Kelly, the BabúPaws barista you’ve all been asking:

“What’s the secret behind that creamy, fragrant, perfect autumn coffee you always pose with?”

Well… today I’ll tell you.

But only because I adore you.

And because Babú told me: “Write it down so they can make it at home, and bring me some proper cat milk while you’re at it.”

So save this recipe, because this isn’t your average latte.

This is my Kelly Signature Autumn Brew.

(And yes, the name already makes it 40% more fabulous.)

☕ Kelly Signature Autumn Brew – beyond the basics

Ingredients:

  • one double ristretto (yes, double… we’re not amateurs)

  • 250 ml steamed milk (almond or oat milk = heavenly!)

  • 1 tsp pumpkin purée

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • a pinch of nutmeg

  • 1–2 tsp honey or brown sugar

  • and my secret: a drop of vanilla extract

(I swear it tastes like you dipped a fresh donut into your coffee.)

🔥 How to make it Kelly-style

1. Mix the purée, spices, and honey in a small pot over low heat.

– When it smells so good your neighbor comes over asking “what are you cooking?”, you’re on the right track.

2. Add the milk and warm it up until creamy.

– If it looks like you’ve steamed a little cloud, it’s perfect.

3. Pour the double ristretto into your mug and add the spiced milk.

4. The decoration (super important!):

– cinnamon

– a tiny swirl of pumpkin purée

– OR simply shoot the photo in an angle that makes it look like you decorated it

5. Take a picture.

Because if it’s not posted… did you even drink it?

💡 Kelly’s Barista Tips (yes, take notes!)

  • Ristretto isn’t for beginners.

    If it’s too strong, call Ginger. He’ll “help you taste it.”

  • Use good cinnamon.

    Not the “I found this leftover from last Christmas” type.

  • Don’t overheat the milk.

    If it sizzles like King when Babú critiques the Wisdom Mugs — you’ve gone too far.

  • Whipped cream is allowed.

    Just don’t tell Babú. He’s a “minimalist.”
